Email support@env8.com with your shop domain, affected product or design reference, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Get started

1. Open Print Studio from Shopify Apps and choose your plan on Shopify’s plan selection page.
2. Create an active Shopify product with a clear product photo and variants priced at the full decorated price. Use different variants when screen printing and heat transfer have different prices.
3. In Print Studio, choose Add a product. Map supported variants to their decoration method, set the product views and placement zones, and calibrate physical dimensions. Enable customization and save.
4. Add reusable artwork in Design library. For eligible transparent artwork, configure the ink colors customers may choose.
5. Choose Add theme block, place Print Studio designer on your product template in the theme editor, and save. Your theme must support app blocks.
6. Test a storefront upload or library design, choose a zone and size, select a variant, and add it to the normal Shopify cart. Verify checkout and match the order’s design reference to Saved designs.

Supported artwork and placement

Upload PNG, JPEG, or WebP up to 10 MB and 36 megapixels. Each design uses one artwork centered within a configured zone; customers can change its size. The preview does not provide freehand movement or rotation. Ink previews do not guarantee physical color matching.

Heat transfer keeps uploaded artwork in full color by default. Customers can optionally edit a palette of up to eight colors. Screen print simplifies uploads to the product's configured color limit. Eligible library artwork keeps its merchant-configured ink options for every method.

Find production files

Open the Print Studio design link on the customized Shopify order item, or find its reference in Saved designs. Paid orders are matched automatically. The design shows payment status, quantity, print size, placement, colors, resolution, and the artwork download.

Billing

Monthly plans per store: Starter $19 USD for 10 customizable products and 1 GiB storage; Shop $39 USD for 50 products and 5 GiB; Studio $69 USD for 200 products and 20 GiB. All plans include all current features and a 14-day trial for eligible merchants. Monthly plans have no per-order fees or automatic paid upgrades. Only products with customization enabled count; sizes and colors are included in the same product. Storage includes originals, edited artwork and proofs, with 10,000 / 50,000 / 200,000 files respectively. Existing order files stay accessible at plan limits while the app is installed, subject to the privacy and retention policy. Charges are billed by Shopify. Use Billing to manage the plan. Uninstalling cancels the subscription. The Billing page shows product, storage, and file usage. Disable an unused product to free a product slot or choose a larger plan. At storage limits, existing order files remain downloadable; contact support for help managing retained files. Development-store plan approvals are handled by Shopify’s no-charge testing flow.

Privacy and uninstall

Customer privacy requests are handled through Shopify’s privacy webhooks. For guest orders, find the design reference on the order and use Saved designs to download or delete it. Uninstall removes authentication sessions and disables customization; Shopify’s subsequent shop-redaction request triggers stored app-data removal. See the Privacy policy.
